Where is the best place to position my Mobilicat condo?

The best place is in a common room where you spend a lot of time. Placing the condo near your sofa will prevent much damage to the fabric of your furnitures. The cat will prefer to use sisal rather than the fabric of your sofa. Avoid placing the condo in an isolated room where the cat does'nt often go.

How to get my cat used to his new condo?

Accepted Answer

Most cats are naturally drawn to Mobilicat condos because they contain materials loved by felines such as sisal, soft fabrics and hiding places. If, however, your cat is more shy, you just have to respect his rhythm and give him a week or two to get used to it. You can attract her by placing her favorite toys or a blanket imprinted with her scent on the condo. You could also spray liquid catnip on the sisal posts.

Is it possible to visualize a Mobilicat condo in real life before buying it?

Yes, we have a chalet on display in the factory showroom located at 3063 rue Sherbrooke in Magog. You will also be able to see the samples of the TLF panels and fabrics. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, all of our condos are made on orders according to your tastes. We do not have any condo for sale on site.

What are the delivery times?

As each condo is made according to your choice of colors, please allow us a 3 week lead time for the manufacture and preparation of the package. The condo is then shipped and the times vary depending on your location and the mode of transport.
