Canada:

As our condos are available in 5 models and over 100 color combinations, up to 3 weeks may be required for manufacturing. Your item will then be shipped with Canada Post, with a delay of approximately 3-5 business days.  Note that the delivery time could be increased due to COVID.

Avoid costs and delivery times by picking up your order directly from the factory. We are located at 3063 rue Sherbrooke in Magog. First, place your order online and choose the in-store pickup option. We will contact you when the condo is ready for pickup.

Exchanges and refunds

​

For obvious hygiene measures, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. We are committed to replacing parts with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase.
